Alice Hastings-Bass

Alice Hastings-Bass is a PhD researcher in the Department of War Studies at King’s College London. Her doctoral research explores the UK’s strategic response to the subversive threat posed by the Soviet Union.

Alice began her career in finance, working in investment banking at Goldman Sachs and at Quilvest Private Equity. She later co-founded a tech start-up – an online marketplace platform serving customers in over 30 countries, with B2B clients including major UK media organisations.

Alice holds an MA in Cyber Policy and Strategy from King’s College London, and an MA in Modern History from Brasenose College, Oxford.
