Liberty Hunter, Project Manager
Liberty Hunter is a Project Manager at the Ax:son Johnson Institute for Statecraft and Diplomacy.
Liberty has completed a BA in History and Politics at Hertford College, University of Oxford and an Mst in History of War at Lincoln College, University of Oxford.
Throughout her time at university, Liberty focused on the history of British maritime strategy – specifically looking at British submarine cable strategy in the 20th century – and its application to the contemporary security issues. She also founded the Hertford College Women in Conflict Resolution Conference. Her current research interests include cognitive warfare as well as the efficiency of Royal Navy deterrence and surveillance capabilities.
As Project Leader, she assists AJI’s operations, event planning, and programme development.
